We are back at it with the Raise the Bar 7 Deadlift Only Meet! We are going throwback with it this year...deadlift only from the floor or from the wagon wheels!  The same ol' story applies; Unsanctioned, no singlets required, you can wear a costume, get as goofy as you want, or come ready to go in full meet gear - the choice is yours!  This is an awesome environment for a first time lifter, and has also proven to be fun for some of the local old-heads to come show out in front of the home crowd.  We will still have some awesome best lifter awards ready to go in honor of the seventh annual Raise the Bar Meet!  Let's party!  See you there!

Sanction/Rules:

This is an unsanctioned event!  Your lifts will be judged as if it were a sanctioned event, but you do not have to purchase a federation membership of any kind!

 

Equipment:

Raw or Unlimited divisions.  Belts and wrist wraps are allowed in the Raw division.  Equipped will allow for the use of any equipment (singleply or mulitply briefs, suits, etc.).  No Straps are allowed.  No singlet required.  We will be using the 45lb Texas Deadlift Bar for both events!

The entry deadline is 11/15/2023 or when the meet cap limit has been reached. $20 late fee will be assessed if entry is submitted after this.

Awards will be given to 1st-3rd place in all Men’s and Women’s classes, just weight classes for awards.

Spectator Fee:

$10; Children 10 and under are free.
