We are happy to bring back the annual Raise the Bar Meet once again! With the options of deadlift only, bench only, or push/pull, let's finish 2022 with some fun! The same ol' story applies; Unsanctioned, no singlets required, you can wear a costume, get as goofy as you want, or come ready to go in full meet gear - the choice is yours! This is an awesome environment for a first time lifter, and has also proven to be fun for some of the local old-heads to come show out in front of the home crowd. Maybe we'll even see Santa or the Dark Lord of the Iron deadlift wild weight again...who knows! Come get weird with us on December 10th! Even though this is our yearly fundraiser for the Rochester Neighborhood House, we still will have some awesome best lifter awards ready to go in honor of the sixth Raise the Bar Meet! Let's party! Sanction/Rules:
This is an unsanctioned event! Your lifts will be judged as if it were a sanctioned event, but you do not have to purchase a federation membership of any kind!
Equipment:
Raw or Unlimited divisions. Belts and wrist wraps are allowed in the Raw division. Unlimited will allow for the use of any equipment (singleply, multiply, band shirts, sling shot, anything goes). No Straps are allowed. No singlet required. We will be using a 55lb Texas Bench Bar & the 45lb Texas Deadlift Bar.

Eligibility:
Open to any and all! (Unsanctioned)
Entry Fee:
$65 (Upon Payment, no refund requests will be accepted. Thank you).

Awesome awards to each of the following by coefficient:
Men’s Raw
Men’s Unlimited
Women’s Raw
Women’s Unlimited

Awards:
Awards will be given to 1st-3rd place in all Men’s and Women’s classes, just weight classes for awards.

Spectator Fee:
$10; Children 10 and under are free.
Food & Drinks will be provided to the lifters free of cost.
